Returns:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn & unused, with tags,& in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Full refunds are made after approval if an item was received damaged or with any other issue.  Please refer to our refund section below.  

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. In order to be approved we need your proof of purchase with receipt, and the item cannot be returned if it has been discontinued or purchased passed the 30 day mark.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please note you are responsible for the shipping costs on returned items.  The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.  

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Starting Your Return Process With Us:

To start a return, you can contact us at info@honeytreetoys.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  You can always contact us for any return questions or about wrong size, damaged, or defective items.

Damages Or Other Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discontinued items, sale items or gift cards.  

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We aim to provide quick shipping.  Our goal is to ship your items within 1-2 business days. 

Our shipping is based on the weight of the toys. However, you will receive FREE shipping on orders of $100.00 or more!

Cancelling Order:  Your order may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

You can purchase digital gift cards on our website. After your purchase you will get an email with your gift card information. Happy Shopping!

While we do not make toys ourselves, we care about your families safety & take it VERY seriously!

If there is a recall to any of the toys we purchased from our Makers we will update on our website and/or will email a recall letter to all customers who provide an email!
